Ponoko is a site where you can design objects and have them cut out of various sheet goods.  Wood, plastic, metal, leather, etc.  Some games could use this to make non traditional boards.

Looks like a great site to make a wide variety of things... also looks *very* expensive.

Thanks for the mention on here folks!

The cost of making with Ponoko really does depend on what material you're using and how much cutting/engraving you're wanting to do.

The nice thing is that once you've got a design put together you can price it instantly on any given material and decide whether you want to proceed.
