When you place an order, under the order history there it shows the list of games within that order. To the left of each game is shows a date and time. What does this information represent. At first I thought it meant the time it left TGC, but then the date changed since the last time I checked it. I haven't received any confirmation from USPS about the location of the order.

It also states in the shop help that international orders (Canada in this case) cannot be insured, but when I processed my order, an option to take insurance was given, so I paid the little bit extra for it. Am I right in saying that the extra paid was wasted, or is Canada different than other overseas locations?

The date under the order history should be the date that you ordered the game.  I'm not sure why you would see the date change as the ordered date shouldn't change.  

We'll do some checking on your order to see why you haven't received anything yet. 

As for the international orders we just recently changed it so that you could purchase insurance on those types of orders.  It seems we failed to update that info on the site though.  Sorry for the confusion, but your order is indeed insured if that's what you chose for a shipping option.

Order 1009 was shipped on January 20th.  It can take 15-20 days for orders outside the US.  So you should be getting yours in the next week or so.

I actually received the games 2 days ago, so no problem there. Thanks for the clarification on the insurance. As for the date issue, it's not the date next to the order number I was referring to, that was correct. However, when you click on the order under order history, you see a list of each game at the bottom. Next to each game there is a date. It's this date that kept changing.
