Imperium Galacticum

This card game (or pseudo board game) for two intrepid space explorers and interstellar warlords is all about exploring space, discovering and colonizing alien planets, constructing orbital and planetary structures, researching fantastic technologies as well as about waging war against your opponent and invading his or her planets.

Choose which side you are on: The enterprising and warmongering Humans or the considerate and mysterious Atrayids (not to be confused with Dune’s Atreides).

The goal of the game is to collect 10 Victory Points or to conquer the enemy homeworld. If both Players agree, you can also play for more or less than 10 Victory Points. Each Planet as well as certain Research Projects are worth a Victory Point. The Player with the highest total population gets an additional Victory Point.

Important: This game is a work in progress. It is in its present state already quite well tested, but may still be changed and fine tuned somewhat - it is about 95% final though. I uploaded this mainly to have some nice looking prototypes printed and I am publishing this here only for people to see it and maybe think they would like to give the game a go and help me refining it further.
