Return Policy

We create all games on-demand through an automated process which begins as soon as you place your order. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand business, we cannot make changes to the order or issue refunds. All sales are final upon purchase.

 

Delivery Times for Orders

Domestic Orders (in the United States)
Most customers receive their order within 7-10 business days.

International customers (outside of the United States)
Most customers recieve their order within 15-20 business days.

Note: Shipping times can vary due to customer location and how busy the United States Postal Service is. (Delays can occur during high volume periods like holiday seasons.)

Supported Payment Methods

The Game Crafter supports MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. At this time we do not support e-checks, or direct bank account debiting. We expect to support PayPal in the near future.

USPS Shipping

Our primary shipper is the United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS will email you tracking information when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your order within our standard "Shipping Time", please contact us and we can work with USPS.

Customers are able to select from a variety of shipping methods. Some include insurance and others do not. If an insured order is damaged or lost, the customer can file an online claim with The Game Crafter and receive replacement product. However, if a customer selects a shipping method without insurance and the order is damaged/lost, then it's the full responsibility of the customer. The Game Crafter will not send replacement product to customers who use shipping methods without insurance.

The Game Crafter recommends that customers use shipping methods that include insurance. This protects the purchase while it is being shipped.

Value Added Taxes (VAT) may exist on certain international orders. These fees must be paid by the customer as TGC is not responsible for these costs. In addition, TGC cannot legally mark orders as "gifts" under current tax laws.
