Allies and Aliens

The fate of humanity hangs in the balance as a battle rages at a secret research facility. Human scientists did not realize the danger until it was too late. Now, hostile alien drones have arrived through the warp gate we accidentally created. A mixed military force desperately scrambles to contain the threat. Meanwhile, an atomic bomber has been launched in case all else fails.

Will you be the alien hive mind and prepare the way for an unstoppable invasion?

Or will you join arms with your human allies and push back the alien incursion?

In Allies and Aliens, you play as either the single Alien hive mind or as one of up to four Human commanders. On your turn, you will use cards from a unique personal deck to take control of strategic points on the battlefield, attack the enemy, call in reinforcements and do other various actions—all in the service of your objective.

As the Aliens, your main goal will be to expand your Warp Gate network by adding four Warp Nodes to key locations on the map. The more Warp Nodes you add, the stronger you become. You may also win by destroying enough of the enemy’s units.

As the Humans, you will work together with your fellow commanders to coordinate a defense using the abilities of your Tanks, Infantry, Artillery, and Fighters. You must find a way to destroy the Warp Gate network, or you can hope to hold off the Aliens until the atomic bomber arrives to eliminate the threat . . . and everything else with it.
