In Cola De Gallo you and your opponent are rival bartenders competing for the attention of Francis Weinhandler, the world's leading authority on all things trendy and alcoholic. To score points, you build the most bizarre and interesting cocktails you can, and then compare the ingredients to determine a winner! A less interesting cocktail is a safer bet, but the weirder and wilder your drink, the more points it's worth if it wins! It's all down to how you balance your ingredients in Cola De Gallo!
