Description

A cooperative game of survival against alien invaders.

Playmat released!

You can now get a neoprene play mat for this game!

It's 1953 outside a small town in Kansas. Unseen by the sleepy residents below, a small craft approaches just before dawn. Settling down just outside town the craft quickly deploys an antenna of strange design, pointing it toward the town.

A small group of high school students who were up before the dawn witnessed the strange craft landing, but as they try to tell their parents or the authorities, they get glassy stares in return.

The alien invaders have some kind of mind control over the town, and these students will have to become Small Town Heroes in order to defeat them and save the town. Are you going to be one of those Heroes?

Pluto Attacks! got a review from Jeff Provine scoring 80/100. You can check it out here: http://blogcritics.org/card-game-review-pluto-attacks/

Pluto Attacks is a cooperative game where it's all of you against the alien invaders. On your turn you will turn over a Pluto Attacks card, then decide which of the face up cards you want to try and take. You will roll dice trying to match or exceed the dice on the card you are trying to take, using the number of dice on your Hero card for the matching skill, plus bonus dice for cards you discard and other people already on the same card.

Father Geek review:

Pluto Attacks! Game Review - Father Geek

You are trying to take 4 cards with the Victory reward on them before the aliens take over the town, which happens if you end up with cards totaling 40 points are showing, or if you run out of cards in the deck. There is also a hidden Victory Condition that you don't determine until mid-game!

Cooperate and defeat the alien menace!

I finally got around to making a video showing the basic gameplay.

Based on the feedback I received from the Sanity test I have updated the rules to be clearer, better organized and more complete. As soon as I get a video posted I'll get a new Sanity test done. In the meantime feel free to download the rules.

I got a review from Broken Prism Reviews. He is reviewing the first edition in this video, I really need to get him a copy of the new version.
