Rainbow Madness takes a simple color matching game and adds in card strategy to make a truly unique game experience. Players attempt to complete their rainbow by making pairs of each color.
Sounds simple enough, however, each card has a unique ability which can help you or harm other players. You must choose when and how to use these abilities.
Do you try to make pairs quickly? Do you convert some cards into Sunlight (the games currency for using abilities) so you can use other abilities later? When do you use the abilities? Do you use them to help you or hurt your opponents?
A perfectly timed card can stop an opponent in their tracks from winning. Hold them too long and you will miss an opportunity to win.
This game was originally designed by my 8-year-old daughter over the past year and we have developed this into an awesome game to take with you on trips or just for something the whole family can play. It only takes a few minutes (10-15 usually) to play.
We decided on adding a monster for each color to make it easier on those who might have trouble differentiating colors.
