Description
Amalan is a land in turmoil, headed by a puppet King. The six Great Houses fancy themselves the true power behind the throne. For although they must heed the Seers, the Seers are far removed from worldly interests, and have no agendas of their own....right?
Take on the role of a Seer, a travelling spiritual leader who advises the houses by interpreting omens. You control the land of Amalan not with a direct hand, but with misdirection and subtle manipulation. Gain influence by successfully predicting the rise and fall of the houses (never mind the fact that your predictions will often only come true because of your own meddling!).
Though influence is gained by completing public predictions, your real end goal is hidden (perhaps a grudge against a house who has slighted you...) You will have to achieve your true goals while working against an unknown enemy with the opposite agenda. Can you bring your plans to fruition without being discovered? To be successful, you must be able to wield your influence from behind the scenes!
