I've completed my new CCG product: Stomping Grounds!

In the game, you play a dragon who is fighting for a domain of land. You prove your dominance by burning villages, mastering magic, and subjugating your thralls to show your are the better dragon.

There are three major reasons to try out my game:

1. Deep, engaging gameplay.

First, it is a riff on the "deckbuilding" genre, you have your own deck which you try to discard all the cards from it to win the game.

Secondly, it adds elements of map building and control during the game as you play. Opening up the map will net you more resources, while playing cards to block sections off will keep your opponent from overwhelming you.

Finally, the "luck" mechanic both gives casual players a chance at winning and high-level players a whole new dimension of comebacks and dominance. Each card has a "luck" number you use to resolve the various challenges as you play. By manipulating the cards in your deck, you can cause your luck to get better just by playing well.

2. This is YOUR Game.

As a community-based game, the idea is that the game will grow not with a particular single vision from a single designer, but from your own imagination. We offer design services for both the casual, tournament, and creative players out there.

If you want a "White Knight", "Tail Slap" or anything you want designed, just submit the idea to the e-mail provided on the website! Give us an idea how it works in the game world and it will be added.

If you want a card with a particular mechanic, just submit the idea and I'll design the flavor for it. I'll be making subtle tweaks to things to make sure all cards are balanced.

IF you are an artist or writer looking for a quick project to advertise your skills from, you can't do better than sending us even your sketches or short stories. We will use our flavor text to advertise your web space or design a deck to tell your story. As long as it's about dragons, then we'll find a way to include it.

3. The Affordable Collectible Card Game

The game comes in three affordable flavors for all kinds of gamers out there.

Core Set: If you just want a self-contained game in which you can just play, then this is for you. It comes with 4 pre-constructed decks with unique cards balanced against each other.

Complete Set: If you love to build decks, then this is the product for you! This includes one card from the base set. There will be more "complete" sets as time goes on since we'll be receiving more submissions.

(Coming Soon) League Packs: If you love to draft or play sealed, then this is the product for you. This will include 72 cards with the right "proportions" so you can play them out of the box. It's also going to be the most affordable "expansion" option so you can just buy one or two and improve your core game or play them right out of the box..
