This game is rated for ages 18+. The game play is for any age and there are no images on the cards. But some of the cards do contain references to drinking, drugs, or sexuality. THE STORY:

Nightmares have invaded the land, attacking people in both body and mind. Aliens, demons, accountants, and more are laying waste to everything in their path. You and the other players are traveling from town to town, simply trying to survive in a world where peoples’ nightmares are coming to life.

In some games you might be working with the other players to defeat these nightmares and save the world. Sadly, this is not that game. In this game you are all contemptable, self-centered jerks willing to do anything to survive, including throw your friends under the proverbial bus (or under a literal bus), if you think it’ll help you survive a few extra minutes.

GAME PLAY:

In your turn you take an Action, discard a card if you wish, and then draw back up to a full hand of 5 cards. Many cards give you extra Actions or alter the rules in some way, so the game is always changing.

Each player starts the game with zero Wounds and 12 Sanity. As the game progresses you will gain Wounds, lose Sanity, and generally try to harass the crap out of your opponents. When your Wounds are equal to or greater than your Sanity, you have gone insane and you are out of the game.

Last person left in the game wins, so get out there and drive your friends crazy!
