3D Box Viewer
Not sure how your box will look when your template gets printed? See it in 3D now at TGC 3D Box Viewer [viewer.tgcwidgets.com] !
This tool, called "3D box viewer", does exactly what it says on the tin - select a box, add your template, and it will show you a 3D preview of that template on the box. You can then rotate the box and look at it to see how the template will look (approximately) when it's printed.
It is not a 100% accurate render, but I've tried to get it as close as possible. The 3D viewer also has drift simulation, and I've added the same colour filter TGC uses in the proofing preview for convenience.
The 3D box viewer uses CSS 3D transforms, which is a feature that's only supported in modern browsers. You'll need an up-to-date webbrowser to properly use the site.
Note: this is not meant to be a replacement for real 3D software that creates rendered images for marketing purposes and such. There is no antialiasing and no option to export an image of the render (due to technical limitations). But if you want to use this tool for that, feel free to do so.
