Crypt Crawler: Quest is a mint tin solo dungeon crawler where you play as a daring adventurer, delving into dark depths to find three elusive Soul Crystals and summon the ultimate evil lurking below.

Explore the dungeon by lantern light, battling fierce enemies, collecting loot, and encountering unique events. Level up, learn new skills, and prepare for the final showdown against the dungeon boss.

To win, you must slay enemies and collect their Soul Fragments. Combine them at Soul Shrines to forge powerful Soul Crystals. Once you've gathered three, the deadly dungeon boss will be summoned. Defeat them to emerge victorious.

Incorporating Crypt Crawler: Quest into the base game of Crypt Crawler is extremely simple.

1. Combine all cards from this expansion with the corresponding decks from the base game. • Add new Boss, Class, Enemey, Loot, Race, and Starting Gear cards to their respective decks. • Shuffle the 8 new Dungeon cards into the base game's Dungeon deck, forming a new 24-card Dungeon deck.

2. Place the Quest/Talisman cards nearby with the Talisman side face up.

3. Add the Amethyst Soul Crystal to the existing 4 Soul Crystals.

4. Place the included d20 near your play area.

The game plays as normal with the following additions:

♦ Loot Rolls ♦

• When you draw from the loot deck, roll the d20 to determine which item you receive.

♦ Quests ♦

• When you draw a Resolution card with the Quest icon, you may draw a Quest card as the final step of resolving the Resolution card.

1. Shuffle the Quest/Talisman deck (Talisman side up).

2. Draw one card and flip it to reveal the Quest.

3. You may now complete this Quest by following the requirements shown.

• You may have up to 3 active Quests.

• To abandon a Quest, shuffle it back into the deck.

• Upon completing a Quest, roll a d6 and gain the reward shown on the bottom of the Quest card.

• Shuffle completed Quests back into the Quest/Talisman deck.

If your reward is a Talisman: Shuffle the Quest/Talisman deck (Quest side up), draw a card, flip it to the Talisman side, and equip it to your inventory.

Crypt Crawler: Quest adds a hefty amount of content to the base game of Crypt Crawler. This expansion contains 6 new bosses and 6 new enemies to battle against, 4 new classes and 4 new races to choose from for a total of 64 possible combinations of adventurers to play as, 12 new starting gear items, 8 new dungeon maps and resolution cards with unique outcomes and events, 42 new pieces of loot to find, 8 quests to embark on, 8 talismans to acquire, and a fifth soul crystal to forge! This expansion also comes with a d20 to roll when acquiring loot. There are 20 commons, 20 uncommons, and 20 rares for a total of 60 pieces of loot!
