Firebirds: Huey

Firebirds: Huey is a tactical-level, narrative-style solitaire wargame using a tables-based game engine. As the pilot of either a US Army UH-1H Huey Medevac helicopter, a US Army UH-1H air cavalry troop transport helicopter, or an L-19 Bird Dog forward air control plane, your ultimate goal is to survive a 1-year Vietnam tour of duty during the year 1968, while at the same time either trying to extract and return as many wounded US Army soldiers as you can from ‘hot’ landing zones (LZs), insert/extract US Army Soldiers or Rangers in hot LZs, or spot enemy Viet Cong units in FAC (Forward Air Controller) zones and later call in air strikes to take them out.
