Tin Helm Billing Issues Resolved

Hello Tin Helm Backers,

We are so sorry for the technology failure earlier today that caused a great many of you to have extra transactions charged to your cards. We have found the root issue and fixed it.

We have also refunded all of the duplicate transactions. Being that it is the weekend some banks likely won't process those refunds until Monday. Although we've already heard from several of you that you've already received the refunds. Either way you should also get emails from us with the refunds we've issued immediately.

There are a bunch of you who have credit card failures such as mismatching zip codes from your billing address and the like. You will receive emails from our system about those problems as well. As usual, you have 2 days to resolve those issues or the system will automatically cancel your orders. If you aren't receiveing emails from us stating that you need to correct your credit card then you have nothing to worry about.

After all of the credit cards have been charged, the Crowd Sale will be handed off to our production system. That should happen on Monday. At that point you'll be able to check your receipts page for order status until it is shipped.

Once again we are very sorry for the technology problems we had today. By way of apology, on Monday we will add $5 of shop credit to each of your accounts to put toward future purchases on the site.
