Aces High!

Aces over Britain is a two player air combat strategy game set during the Battle of Britain. One player takes on the role of the RAF commanding legendary war planes such as the Hurricane, Spitfire, and Beaufighter. The other player takes on role the Luftwaffe using infamous fighters such as the BF109, and BF110. Fight for supremacy of the skies by tactically placing down tokens to show the path of your planes, ducking and dogging your way across the board. Lock your gun sights on your opponent’s planes and damage their craft, causing permanent penalties for the rest of the game. Either save Britain or crush it under your heal in this exciting game of aerial combat!

Legendary Planes

Take control of the most well-known fighter aircraft of the Second World War. On the RAF side you can fly the Hawker Hurricane, Supermarine Spitfire, Bristol Beaufighter. On the Luftwaffe side you can control the Messerschmitt BF 109 E-1, E-4, and 110. Each plane is modeled after its real life historical counterpart, with the same strengths, weaknesses, and armaments!

Freedom of Movement

Take to the skies with your planes! Place down movement tokens to plot a course around the board for your planes. Move in three dimensions by moving up and down in altitude, as well as across the board. Evade your enemies while getting into a good firing position to take them out!

Battle Damage

As planes are hit by weapons fire they take combat damage. Planes can get hit in vital places causing permanent issues with the planes. Get shot in the engine and your planes movement is reduced, get shot in an aileron and you can’t turn as well. Try not to get hit too much or you will lose your plane for good!
