Cards 4 Digital Humanity, a school-appropriate adaptation of a popular card game, challenges students to make connections between their values and actions and reflect on their digital behaviors in a fun and non-judgmental context.
By contextualizing digital experiences within broader social-emotional development, educators can use this game to support student well-being and foster a balanced approach to tech use. Students are empowered to exercise agency as they develop healthy digital habits, prioritizing their physical, mental, and emotional health.
This activity was developed by OunceIT, applying research-backed strategies from Boston Children’s Center for Digital Wellness and the Harvard Graduate School of Education Center for Digital Thriving.
