Description

In Core Explosion, the world has been held hostage by an imminent threat. The Core, the fuel used to sustain the world has been held randomsom by a terrorist group aiming to detonate the core. Through your skills and abilities you have slowed the explosion and are containing it. You and a group of experts have begun tests on how to slow the explosion. However, it is too late, the Core will explode and it only a matter of time. The experts and you take turns using methods to slow down the explosion.

Players in this game play cards of increasing value in an aim to slow down the explosion of the Core. Cards have varying strength that help you deflect the explosion to another player. In the game it is a race against the clock to play cards that will allow you to survive and for other players to perish.

In this game there are 144 unique cards that have varying abilities and effects that change the way the game is played. From skipping player's turns to setting up a big finish on your next turn.

The game's introductory price is currently 20 dollars.
This includes 144 unique cards suitable for 2 to 12 players.

Players take turns playing cards that are higher than your opponents' cards. You must always play cards that are higher in Power than your opponents, so with each card that is played the likelihood the bomb will explode and a player is unable to play a card increases.

Players must be wary of the ever changing landscape of the game. The Core's Power level increases everytime a card is played making every decision you make extremely vital for your survival.

Players can choose to think short term in the hopes that the following players won't be able to play a card of higher value or they can choose to think long term and play lower valued cards that will help the user in the future.

Players also have the chance to use wildcards that will save them from destruction but may have terrible effects on the game for their future.

In Core Explosion the game environment is constantly changed and requires players to constantly change their tactics in response to other player's actions.
