Dead and Dying

Dead and Dying is a fast paced, competitive Zombie Apocalypse board game that pits 2-4 players against each other and the Zombies. The game is a perfect mix of strategy and chance that is fun for all ages.

Players must scavenge for supplies, and then make difficult survival decisions about spending resources on new upgrades for the compound, or new equipment for their survivors. Game play is simple to learn for beginners but has enough strategy to challenge the most seasoned players. This is a great game for a family game night with the kids, a heated challenge amongst friends, or a battle of wits between strategists.

Players represent the reluctant leader of one of four different factions of survivors trying to stay alive. The game begins after a massive Zombie outbreak overran the entire area, including the semi-established evacuation site in the center of town. The surviving civilians fled into the woods, and over a few months, gravitated together into small bands. Four distinct groups emerged and built four different defensive compounds at the edge of town. As supplies began to run dry, bands of civilians return to the town to scavenge resources. The survivors tried to gather enough resources to sustain long term, or at least until help arrives. Tensions flamed as resources became scarce and survivors began to horde supplies.

Players must quickly gather food, ammo, weapons, and building supplies to improve their group and their compound. Supplies will run out, so becoming self sufficient is critical. Other groups of survivors will become more vicious and hostile as things become dire. Oh,....and not to mention the town is still crawling with zombies. The more activity in the area, the more Zombies you will attract.

Players will battle hordes of Zombies, dwindling resources, and each other to be the last group standing.
