Dead Man's Hand: The Zombie Poker Game

Dead Man’s Hand is a fast paced card game for 2 to 6 players based on Texas Hold ‘Em poker, with twists and surprises to keep things lively.

If you know how to play Texas hold 'em, great! You’re going to pick up the rules right away, and you will find extra depth and strategy in the game.

If you don’t know how to play Texas hold 'em, no problem! It’s easy to learn the rules quickly, and you don’t actually have to be good at poker to have fun and win Dead Man’s Hand.

Setting the Scene

Imagine the American frontier at the end of the 19th century, the height of the Wild West era. Now imagine that… something has happened and all of our intrepid frontiers-men and cowboys are now zombies.

Except, these aren’t the shambling flesh eaters that you may have encountered in other games; these walking corpses continue to ranch, mine for gold, trade at the general store, and of course enjoy time at the local saloon after a hard day’s work.

At the end of the day, you and a bunch of your undead pals decide to play some cards, but to keep things lively, you’re going to include your best ranching, roping, shooting, and riding skills to affect the outcome of the game.
