Dibv cards are 44 Bridge-sized playing cards with non-traditional suits:
Ranks go from 0 to 10, where 0 is a banner and the numbers 6 to 10 are face cards.
Dibv cards are my attempt at a playing card deck that is divorced from pre-existing cultural baggage while maintaining an identity of its own, and rather than being specific to one particular game, they are multi-purpose and can be used to play a variety of original and (slightly adapted) traditional games. Examples include Suns and Moons (a trick-taking game somewhere between Skat and Rook), Ramejan (a two-player mix of Rummy and Mahjong) and Miau Miau (an Uno-like game based on German Mau Mau). Game rules are available on the Dibv cards page on my website.
