Dragon Gate

If you wish to purchase these games apart from that collection, you'll also need to order the following parts from The Game Crafter's store in order to play:
4 red, 4 black large bowling pins
4 red, 4 black small bowling pins
6 red, 6 black wooden discs

Here are two games originally published in the 1970's by designer Henri Sala, as "Shing Shang" and "Bushi." The first game involves two players attempting to move one of their Dragon pieces into one of the Gate circles on the opposite side of the board, while avoiding capture at the hands of their opponent. The second involves two players in a race to out-manuever each other and remove their pieces from the board. Both games were rarely (if ever) available in the United States and have not been published anywhere in decades. Why don't you give them a try and see what you've been missing!
