Who will be king? A strategy adventure for 2-4 players.
The King has died. He has left no heir to his throne. The law of the land dictates that the first noble to drink from the Pool of Harynth shall earn the right to the crown. However, the Sacred Pool lies at the heart of a confusing labyrinth of paths known as the Hexrynth. Can you navigate the twisting paths of the Hexrynth and defeat the Guardian of the Pool to drink the sacred waters and claim the throne? You had best hurry, for you are not the only noble vying for the throne!
Hexrynth is a game for 2-4 players. It can range from a tense race to the finish to a real cut-throat game. A bit of luck will aid your strategy as you try to build a path to the Sacred Pool and move your player stone along the path to reach the Sacred Pool before the other players can. Beware though! Your opponents and the Guardian can impede your way and even set you back in your quest for throne.
The King's Edition also includes the Hexrynth Adventure Expansion. This expansion brings more adventure, more combat, and more strategy to your game. Heal yourself of your battle wounds, cause your rivals to lose precious turns, defeat new enemies to gain valuable treasures and artifacts, and more! Bring all new elements to your original Hexrynth Game and experience even more adventure on your way to becoming king!
In addition to the full length Rules and Instructions book, Quick Play Rules are included to help you get right into the basic game. _____________________________________________________
The game comes with a full color instruction book but, since I like to really check out a game before I buy it, I have provided a low resolution PDF download of the instructions so you can make an informed purchase. The Quick Play Rule sheet is also available for free download. See below for the download links. _____________________________________________________
Be on the lookout for the Hexrynth Terrain Expansion Set 1 coming soon!
This game contains laser cut components. Laser cut items will have a slight amount of soot around the edges, which can easily be wiped off; and will have a campfire smell for about a week after you open them.
