Description

At Hohi next to Rangihoua Pā in 1816, the first western-style school in Aotearoa New Zealand opened.

In this cooperative story-exploration game, you journey back to 1793. Across a span of 25 years, you will talk to people and explore the places and events related to the opening of the school.

Over three chapters, you will try to gain a perspective on why it was so hard for Māori and Pākehā to set up equitable educational relationships.

Travel back into our past and discover how it informs our present and future!
