The kingdom of Galmenni is in peril and its only hope is you... and the Junkyard.
Junkyard Juggernauts is a Adventure-Strategy game for 1-4 players who take on the role of heroic Mageineers. With your affinity for magic and proclivity for machines, you have learned how to construct magic-powered mechs, a.k.a. "Juggernauts". Now the time has come to put your knowledge to the test!
The King and Queen have vanished, and reports have arrived that a Warlord has overthrown Galmenni's cities with menacing machines. Fires are now erupting in the capitol Seneschal, your home, so your tutor Dobern leads you to the only place where he believes you have any hope...the Junkyard. There you will salvage parts to construct your own Juggernaut, hopefully strong enough to defeat the Junk Golems enslaving the cites, and then find the Warlord’s lair.
However, will you fall under the Warlord's corruption, fighting your kin, or prevail against the Warlord?
Gameplay Overview
Play Junkyard Juggernauts over three phases.
1. Salvage & Build - This is where you will draft cards from the Junkyard to build your Juggernaut (you will likely never have the same Juggernaut build twice). Will you use the most powerful cards for your mech, or build a weaker mech with stronger Amplify(spell) abilities in hand?
2. Adventuring - The bulk of the game is spent Traveling and C.A.M.P.ing in Galmenni as you ultimately work to find the Warlord's Lair before all the Warlord's Corruption has spread.
- Travel to a Location on the map within your fuel range
- Take a C.A.M.P. map action: Complete a quest, Augment your Juggernaut, Meet the Locals, Patrol the bounds
3. Confronting the Warlord - In a multiplayer game, one of the players will randomly draw the Warlord card, becoming their Acolyte, and in this final stage, the other players will try to defeat the Warlord's menacing Warmach. If they do, the Mageineers win the game, otherwise the Warlord is victorious.

Whether you are playing solo or with up to three friends, Junkyard Juggernauts is the ideal for gamers who enjoy one-shot adventures in a lore-infused world, and want an expanding array of tactical options in combat encounters as the game progresses. Not to mention those who enjoy a retro video game, pixel art aesthetic.

...Junkyard Juggernauts is worth considering. It’s got the lore and it’s got the mechanics and systems. The artwork is great, and the components are solid.
- Make a different mech each game.
