Mothers empowerment affirmations and mindfulness are action items and affirmations for more mindfulness in daily life. We see mindfulness as the ultimate act of self-connection and self-care. You can journal, sing or dance around the concepts to bring more clasity as you need it. Just know that wherever you are in your process is ok. I only ask that you stay in your process - the rewards are endless. Before you pull a card to focus on for the day or week, breathe and get centered to enhance your ritual.
