Description

This is only the reversible mat for Politics and Nine Men's Morris, which is included in the
Compendium [www.thegamecrafter.com]
If you wish to purchase these games apart from that collection, you'll also need to order the following pieces from The Game Crafter's store in order to play:
9 black and 9 white wooden discs
2 black and 2 white large bowling pins
4 black and 4 white small bowling pins

"Politics" was patented in 1893 by Silas Robbins, an African-American lawyer from Omaha, Nebraska. It builds on Nine Men's Morris by adding more types of pieces and more directions in which players may move them, and adds jumping and capturing moves as well.

On the reverse side of the board is a traditional Nine Men's Morris setup.
