The Seni Horoscope – 1898 Restoration Edition

This deck is reproduced from a verified first-edition copy of the Seni Horoscope published in Leipzig in 1898 and preserved within one family for generations.

Each of the 36 square cards contains four symbolic illustrations, creating 72 interlocking images that form complete constellations when laid in the traditional 6 × 6 grid. The system blends astrology, numerology, and symbolic imagery into a compact yet remarkably intricate method of divination.

Unlike later reprints, this edition preserves:

• Original artwork and symbolic structure • Period ornamentation and layout • Subtle printing irregularities characteristic of the first edition • The proportions and aesthetic tone of the 1898 printing

The original publication attributed the system to Giovanni Battista Seni (1600–1656), astrologer to Albrecht von Wallenstein. While definitive historical authorship remains uncertain, this restoration faithfully preserves the presentation and claims of the 1898 edition.
