I created this deck of cards for anyone who is seeking to improve their health, without investing an arm and leg or trying out every quick fix in the book. You're a human being - there are rules to this game and it's very likely that you're not following them.
The deck is separated into 5 main categories: Learn, Eat, Move, Sleep, and Connect. Each card has an action item on it that challenges you to learn about the particular card topic, and then put it into practice.
