** Mother Shipton was an English seer and Prophetess. Born in Yorkshire, July 1448, she made some remarkable and accurate prophecies.
Mother Shipton piqued my interest when I realized how important it was for these cards to have landed in my lap.
Coming from a long line of diviners, I am very specific about what tools I use to receive messages for people.
These cards are so basic and easy to use that few people will have difficulty using them.

These cards came to me in early 2017, when I found them amongst my mother’s possessions after her death.
They are, in fact, my grandmother’s cards which she used to read out of a kiosk/post office that she owned and operated in a small seaside town named Fingal in Northern New South Wales back in the 1930’s.
Back then, any type of “fortune telling” was illegal so it was only ever done “for entertainment purposes”.

Through historical published information and channeled messages, we can trace the history of the deck through more than 12 generations of my family.
The concept or design for these cards came from Mother Shipton in the mid 1500’s, so these cards could actually be one of the oldest card deck in the world.
These cards were first devised by Mother Shipton in the mid 1500’s as a way of thank you to a small number of women from her town.
The passing down of the cards has always been through the female line and always to the most intuitive of the siblings.
They were passed to my mother in my Grannie’s worldly possessions when she passed on.
These have now come to me.
