# Treasures™
A Game of Discovery, Deception, and What History Chooses to Remember
History isn’t written by those who are right.
It’s written by those who finish.
In Treasures, players compete to rid their hands of cards representing legendary artifacts, lost masterpieces, minor discoveries, and infamous hoaxes. Some finds bring glory. Others bring shame. And some—once revealed—prove that history got it wrong.
On your turn, you match ranks or play a Specialty Card to change how the story unfolds. The rules are easy to learn—even for kids—but the decisions quickly become meaningful.
Do you push toward consensus?
Force someone else to deal with an uncomfortable truth?
Or end the story early before consequences catch up?
What makes Treasures different is what it asks of players:
- You are not collecting the “best” cards
- You are not building an engine
- You are shaping a historical record
Lies can be preserved.
Truths can be buried.
Speed can outweigh accuracy.
And sometimes, the smartest move is to stop history before it corrects itself.
The game ends when one player empties their hand—but victory belongs to the player whose version of history endures across multiple hands.
Treasures is easy to teach, quick to play, and endlessly replayable—equally at home with families, casual groups, and thoughtful gamers who enjoy games with something to say.
History doesn’t reward truth.
It rewards what remains.
