Bereft of a bulky box, this stripped down version of the game provides you with all the basics and none of the frills for the budget conscious battler.
A well dressed wizardess is never without her wand. These amazing accessories allow a modish mage to manipulate the fundamental forces of the universe. In addition, they safeguard a spellcaster by channeling elemental energies away from their bodies like lightning rods. Alas, this protection does not apply to one’s apparel, and many a magician has been stripped to the skin, scales, feathers or fur by a magical mishap.
Since dueling to the death is both unfashionable and fatal, when two casters come into conflict, they settle the score by staking their dignity on their daring, determination, and dweomercraft. Battling with their batons, they strive to blast their opponent bare while maintaining their own modesty.
War of the Wands is a card game of magical dueling, where players choose from a quartet of comely combatants to square off and fight for their finery.
