Zooanctuary

You're a wildlife conservationist and suddenly get a call. You're being sponsored to open your own sanctuary. Breeding pairs of animals previously thought to be extinct have been found and you're being given the unique opportunity to provide them with a safe home, free from predators.

(Zooanctuary is set in a fictional world where a few extinct animals have moved to the category of 'Lazarus species'. The creators of Zooanctuary do not claim that any breeding pairs of any extinct animals in this game have been found.)

In Zooanctuary, you will play as a wildlife conservationist setting up your own sanctuary for extinct, endangered, and vulnerable species of animals. You must carefully map out your terrain and introduce these species into their new homes while achieving various goals.

With each copy of the Standard Edition of Zooanctuary, you should receive 2 Game Mats, 24 Terrain Cards, 2 Turn Order Cards, 4 Player Cards, 20 Goal Cards, 52 unique Species Cards, 2 Score Tracking Chits, 118 Inhabit Chits, and 1 Rulebook, all packaged in The Game Crafter's Medium Stout Box (6.13 x 9 x 2.25 in / 156 x 229 x 57 mm).

Zooanctuary is played throughout 6 Rounds with 3 main Phases in each round. Players may Place a Terrain Card, Introduce Species while Completing Goals, and then Trade Hands.
