Accordion Game Boards, Crafter Con, and Improved Support

Whew! It's been a busy month for our team, but we're really excited for Protospiel Madison. It kicks off Friday, Oct 23 at 9am and runs all weekend. There are over 120 pre-registered people and that makes it almost double the size of last year's event. See you there!

Accordion Game Board  

We're excited to announce our newest game board! The Accordion Board is designed to fold up and easily fit in our Medium Pro game box. It folds out to become a 8" x 16" game board, making it a perfect fit for bigger games that need to be portable. Beyond that, the board is double sided so a game designer can put unique artwork on each side and have two game boards for the price of one. Click here to see our product video.

We have improved our customer support experience

Last week we moved to a new customer support system. When we launched The Game Crafter in 2009, we used the "Shop Support" and "Game Publishing Support" forums to help people. This worked pretty well for the last 6 years.

However, we've grown to over 89,000 users around the world and we needed a better system to handle the volume of support requests. We now have that system in place and it makes things quick and easy.

Just click on the green Support button, (accessible on all pages within The Game Crafter website) and a form will open up. Fill out the fields with your support request and hit send. You'll get a confirmation email shortly after and a staff member will assist you within 1-2 business days. (Please note: support is not available on weekends.)
