You will find a wide variety of tasks that you can complete every week, that will put positive energy and love back into the world. Some tasks can be performed every day of the week, and others you can do just once during the week. It is up to you how you want to implement these ideas. It is usually best to start on a Sunday or Monday, but choose what day works for your schedule.
Find a special place in your home where you want to display your card so that it is a constant reminder for the week. Put it somewhere visible where you will see it often.
