Race through a creepy dungeon filled with monster, traps and impassable caverns. Choose to be a warrior, priest, explorer or rogue. Each character has a special ability to help them through the dungeon. Set down the cards, pick up the dice and get into an old fashion dungeon crawl for the family.
The play field is created by a start card and 8 randomly placed cards the players will have to explore and find which card holds the and how to get there. Separate the “Start” card. Then place it face up in the middle of your dungeon field. Separate the “End” card and 7 other cards. Shuffle them. Place one card on either side of the start card face down. Now place a card (face down) above and below the start card.
Move your meeple a space. Then next player takes their turn. When the last player takes their turn repeat. When a player comes to an event, roll the die if the result is a 5 or 6 (4,5 or 6 of your special ability applies) then they can continue to move. If not the player stays in place and continues to roll until they can pass. When a player reaches the last space on a card flip over the card nearest your meeple. Meeple can leave the edge of the last card and reenter on the card opposite them. (Wrap around)
The first meeple to enter the “END” square wins.
Included in the box are 14 play cards (to make the dungeon even more random) 4 rule cards, 1 six sided die and 4 meeple.
