Description

The year is 1899 in a world not unlike our own. At the turn of the century there are four major scientific communities who believe in different methods to power the Second Industrial revolution:

• The green Diesel Conglomerate who believe internal combustion will ignite the way to the future
• The yellow Tesla Enclave who espouses the use of Alternating Current electricity via turbines
• The red Edisonians who fiercely defend Direct Current electricity generated by coal
• The blue Corliss Corp who hold that the time tested strength of steam engines will keep mankind on course for greatness

Each group is attempting to fully power the city of London, using their own methods, by controlling various power stations throughout the city. As power levels rise in these stations they can send a surge to attack competing groups, knock them offline, and implement their own power scheme in the process.

Whose side will you be on?

------------------------------------

Take control of one of the scientific factions in Apparaticus to forge the direction of progress in the 20th century.

This is a game for 2-4 players featuring a dice-rolling combat mechanic with some twists you've never seen before.

Risky gameplay can be very rewarding in this game. Taking over powerful opponent spaces will grant special bonuses. A rolling Black Out that each player can control powers down entire stations making them unable to attack...or be attacked.
