Artefact the Card Game

The Great Sorcerer has returned to our world, his forces of evil already march to though out the kingdom conquering all in sight. Who is brave enough to stand up to the sorcerer and defeat him in his fortress of doom?

Artefact is a chaotic but simple Co-op card dungeon adventure for 1-4 players. Each player takes a role as a hero, exploring the fortress for powerful Artefacts to defeat the evil sorcerer and win the game.

The players' imagination creates the story and adventure of the dungeon as they play. The player will create dangerous hazards and face evil spells and deadly foes at their own hand when playing a card.

There are three decks of Treasure, Magic and Might, each hiding an Artefact the players must find to defeat the sorcerer. Each player will always have three cards in their hand and must play a card on the table and draw a new one. When a player places a card, it will affect the next player in play, who will have to deal with the encounter. While all players keep their cards secret from everyone.

The adventure is over, and all players lose their hearts or remove the Sorcerer from the game. The average game length is about 15 to 30 minutes per game.

The game has six types of cards, ranging from Equipment, Brawn, Spells the Artefacts, Traps, Evil Spells and Foes.
