Boroughs is a retro engine building game with a difference!

Break out your boomboxes and perms, because you'll be using your street cred to recruit members to your gang, which in turn grants you more street cred.

But... you need new territory to grow your gang! And this city isn't big enough for everyone...

So. Many. Characters.

Play as one of 16 leaders, each with their own unique abilities and perks. Then build your gang up from 96 unique characters, each with their own preferences, stats, roles and motivations.

Train your gang members

Will they be a savvy recruiter that grows your gang? An angry brawler that takes over new territory? Or a protective bouncer that defends territory?

Manage Relationships

Some characters have additional motivations - they may work extra hard to protect a lover, or won't play nice with their fellow members.

Varying paths to victory

Will you bluff your gang's true strength to warn away rivals, or build up an army and attack? Will you scramble to claim new territories quickly, or slowly build up a strong presence in a single territory?
