The Event Action Card

Parallax adds two all new Event Action Cards (Havoc & Surge). These are identified on both cards by the yellow square below the cards name. Event Action Cards are played as soon as they are drawn, by either player, and do not count as your Action Card play for the turn. Event Action Cards remain in play as a lasting effect and change gamplay rules for both players accordingly.
