Coloring Meditation Journal

Each original design from the intention card deck has been published as a stand-alone coloring page and paired with a journal page featuring the affirmation from the card. Using the Cards & Journal Together

It is recommended to pick a new card on a weekly (or more frequent) basis. Once you've randomly drawn your card, find the corresponding coloring & journal page in the book. Spend a little time each day coloring the design while reflecting on the word and affirmation. Jot down any thoughts on the accompanying journal page.
