2. Open Enrollment: Pay a $2 Co-pay and burn a 4-card poker hand to buy game-breaking Prescriptions from the Pharmacy.

3. The Pitch: The Head Nurse reads a disaster. Secretly slide your funniest Contraband card forward.

4. The Flex: Defend your joke with your wallet in a cutthroat betting round. Bluff hard or fold.

5. The Skim: The Head Nurse picks the winner, skims a mandatory $1 tax, and pays out the pot.

6. Lights Out: Play until the Hazards run out or only 3 players remain. The highest bankroll wins the title of Apex Pensioner!
