Emperors & Gladiators

Emperors & Gladiators pits 2 to 5 players against each other to see who will emerge from the floor of the coliseum to become the Emperor's champion. Each player will take the role of a roman gladiator in a free-for-all fight in front of the Emperor and the citizens of Rome. The game is played in rounds, each round has 3 phases: Focus, Maneuver, and Strike. During the Focus phase players will roll their combat dice and select a Focus, defense die, and a maneuver die. In the Maneuver phase, players will manipulate the combat dice by performing moves. The Strike phase is where the combat dice are compared and stamina is adjusted. The last gladiator standing will become the Emperor's Champion.
