Not a stand-alone game. Must be played with a an Endowed Chairs base game (such as Endowed Chairs Neurology). To play, just replace all of the tools with otoscopes, bandages, and thermometers, and mix and match your favorite luminaries!
Otherwise, the rules are the same.
