YOU ARE NOW A GALAXY RUNNER :A member of a fraternity of independent star ship owners braving the deep-ways to transport goods and passengers between systems and along the way earn profit and prestige.

Inter-stellar navigation by massive transport vessels has become increasingly dangerous as the deep-way network comes under mysterious attack. Many ships have become lost attempting voyages between systems.

Galaxy Runners have long been derided as scavengers and smugglers within the Star Union operating off the grid and avoiding authorities.

Their skill at finding their own paths has made them sought after for cargo and passenger transport within the Star Union. Along the way, if some extra profit and prestige is earned for contraband and underground missions, who can blame the runners for returning to their roots.

Galaxy Runner is a game for 2-4 players who begin the game as operators of their own basic transport ship. By making shrewd decisions on what cargo contracts to accept and what crew, equipment and upgrades to spend your credits on, players improve their capabilities allowing them to better meet challenges in the deep-ways or accept increasingly difficult missions to increase their prestige.

In the end, the runners who are most successful at building out their ships, exploring the most deep-way routes, conducting the most missions and gaining the most influence will win.
