Gangland: Broken City is a fast-paced, hex-based skirmish game for two players. Built for gamers who love tabletop gang warfare but don't want hundreds of pages of rules, complicated measuring, or endless calculations. Just miniatures, hexes, dice, and brutal fights. The entire core rulebook is just 20 pages.

REQUIRED: A hex gaming mat, sold separately. Recommended hex size is 1.25 inches and recommended mat size is 34 x 22 inches.

Choose from ten Factions, each with unique abilities, gear, and play styles. Build a gang of up to eight Fighters, led by a Boss, backed by an Ace, a massive Brob, and Thugs.

Hit the Black Market for Pistols, Rifles, Boomsticks, Thumpers, Bashers, Cutters, grenades, armor, and futuristic upgrades.

Alternating activations keep both players involved. Move, Shoot, Fight, Assault, Interact, or risk Special Actions. Positioning, Cover, and teamwork matter, while straightforward Attack and Defense Dice keep combat moving. Broken City Cards, Job Cards, Turf Cards, and Security Drones bring surprises to every game.

Fighters aren't just game pieces. They're the scars they earn. Name your crew, create rivalries, build backstories, and give your Fighters personalities worth remembering. The upcoming Dead Men Tell No Tales campaign supplement expands the experience with Scars, new abilities, and lasting injuries between games.
