Welcome to the exciting world of emergency dispatch! Well okay, it might not seem all that glamorous or exciting but that is because you have never been a dispatcher in a city like this one.
In HELP!! you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher in the most disaster prone city around. Your task is simple: send crews out out to stop the emergencies. If you can, that is. Manpower is stretched thin so you are not always guaranteed the right people for the job at hand. Fail to complete a task and your opponents can jump in to save the day, bask in the glory, and get everyone else that much closer to being fired.
Things should not get too difficult though, it is not like the city will be invaded or anything. Right?
