In Hudson Traders, players take on the role of overseers to trade posts in the Hudson Bay area in the 18th Century. Players compete for a contract from the Governor to establish a headquarters at their post, ensuring a life of prestige and prosperity.
Secretly add resources from your storage area to your merchant bag to eventually make profitable trades. However, getting caught with valuable goods in your bag during a raid may cause you to lose them to your opponents. Carefully determine who is making their move to impress the Governor and ensure that you make off with their riches during your own raids against them.
Hudson traders plays 2-6 players and plays at about 10 minutes per player.
If you like the bluffing, social deduction, and risk taking in games like Liar's Dice, Skull, and Coup - then you will love those same elements in Hudson Traders!
