Exhibit hilarious symptoms as you collectively struggle to complete the most basic of tasks.

Drawing a Diagnosis card means you now have that particular disease and must follow its rules above all else. Every time you don't follow those rules, you must drink.

Exam cards require the whole group to perform actions in spite of their newfound disability. If you fail an exam, even/especially if your diagnosis caused you to do so, you must drink.

If you draw a Plague card, you must drink. There's no faking the plague. If you draw the fourth plague card, congratulations! You just ruined the game for everyone else.

Diagnosis cards prevent you from using things such as your hands or eyeballs, so everyone must work together. If your neighbor can't pick up their drink, hold it up to their mouth for them. If they can't see, draw and read a card for them. If the combination of everyone's Diagnosis prevents the game from being played, everyone must finish their current drink and the game ends.
