Intergalactic Space Airline is the out of this world sequel to our hit game Airline the Card Game. It’s very much like Airline, but features a much more brute, and aggressive style of play. Oh yeah… did I mention you can Bomb players Terminals?
Not only that, but Intergalactic Space Airline features a notorious Bounty Hunter, who gives players 30 seconds to comply with your demands, or gamble losing more cards. If you loved Airline the Card Game, or haven’t played it yet, then this is the sequel to become part of! It features more player interaction than ever.
It also includes many beloved characters from Flying Saucer - The Stranded Aliens Game, making this the sister of two awesome games!
Rules
Object of the game - Be the first player to expand to 5 locations on your Expansion List.
Setup - Shuffle the decks separately. Each player chooses 1 Expansion List Card, draws 3 Transport Cards and 3 Terminal Cards.
Expansion List - The Expansion List contains a list of 11 locations or Routes. You must Expand to 5 of them for the game to end.
Start - Whoever shipped or received a package most recently goes first.
Routes - Play a Terminal card from your hand by matching a Transport card with it. You may only play Terminal cards that are on your Expansion List. Your turn ends after you play a Terminal card and matching Transport card. If you don’t have any matching cards draw.
Terminals - Basic Terminal cards contain different Planets. They require 1 of the 3 Transports listed on them to be played. A Terminal card with matching Transport is 1 Route. You can’t play duplicate Terminal cards on your Expansion List.
Transports - There are six different types of Transports in the game. These can be matched to Terminal cards.
Drawing - If you have no matching cards that can be played, you can draw new cards. You will draw 1 Terminal Card, and 1 Transport Card. OR you may discard 2 Terminal Cards OR 2 Transport Cards, and Draw 2 more of the same type respectively. Your turn ends after Drawing.
Shuffle - If no cards can be drawn, shuffle the discard pile back into the deck.
Special Cards - Special cards such as Space Pirates, Arranged Marriage, etc. do not count as Drawing that turn. You may only play ONE Special card per turn, this does not include Worm Hole. There are Special Terminal and Transport cards.
Game End - The first player to expand to 5 Terminals wins! Also, if no cards can be drawn the game ends and whoever established the most Routes wins!
